How do I register for the eCommerce Summit?
If you are a full eCommerce member, you would have received a customer code that entitles you to complimentary access. If you have not received a customer code, then you can register for either the full event ($995/person) or a subset of free sessions as shown on the registration page.
Do you have any sessions for free?
Yes, this year we do have some sessions that are available for free. Click the ‘Register Here’ button to see which sessions are free and which require a paid ticket.
Do I have to register for the free and the paid sessions?
No, if you decide to purchase a ticket for the full event (either for $995 or by using a customer code) all sessions are included in your registration. This includes paid and free sessions.
How do I get a customer code?
If you are a full eCommerce Council member, you will have already received your customer code via email. If you would like to learn more about membership options please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I thought my company was a member of CRC already?
Only members of CRC’s eCommerce Council have complimentary access to the Summit. Your company may be a member of our Home Improvement Council, Traditional Retail Council, Foodservice Council, or the Managed Market Insights group. This membership does not entail free access to the Summit. If you need clarification on your membership status, please email email@example.com.
