The Consumer in Transition: Structural Forces Reshaping Future Demand
Consumer demand is being shaped by forces that extend well beyond the traditional economic cycle. Changes in demographics, rapid advances in AI, and growing GLP-1 adoption could influence who is spending, how consumers shop, and where spending is allocated over the coming years.
Join CRC’s Director of Macro Insights, Skylar Xie on Thursday, September 17 at 12 p.m. EDT as we examine several of these longer-term shifts, review what the data are telling us today, and discuss how businesses can incorporate these uncertainties into future demand scenarios and planning assumptions.
Key Topics We Will Cover
- Demographics: How immigration policy and household shifts could reshape consumer demand
- AI: How AI could reshape the way consumers search, compare, and shop
- GLP-1: How adoption could change consumption patterns and spending allocation
- Scenario planning: How businesses can translate these structural shifts into alternative demand scenarios and longer-term planning assumptions
Registration includes access to the on-demand replay we’ll send out after the call.
