  1. How do I log into the portal?

I’ve logged into the research portal at least one time:

  • Go to the Portal homepage (Follow this link or copy and paste it into your web browser to access https://portal.clevelandresearch.com)
  • Fill in your username and password to regain entry (your username will always be your company email ex. XYZ@clevelandresearch.com).
  • Click the ‘Remember login’ checkbox to remain signed in for your next visit.
  • Once you’re logged into the research portal and you click logout please note that you will be prompted to log back into the portal on your next visit.

*Please note that even if you’ve logged into the Research Portal from your desktop or laptop you will initially have to login again on your mobile to access reports using that device

I’ve never logged into the research portal before:

  • You can request a username and password by emailing us at info@cleveland-research.com. 
  • You will receive login credentials to your inbox with a link to sign into the Research Portal. Follow the link from the email to initially sign in.
  • Your username will always be your company email (ex. XYZ@clevelandresearch.com) and you’ll want to create a password to gain entry.
  • Click the ‘Remember login’ checkbox to remain signed in for your next visit.

*Please note that even if you’ve logged into the Research Portal from your desktop or laptop you will initially have to login again on your mobile to access reports using that device

 

  1. I forgot my username and/or password, now what do I do?

I’ve logged into the research portal at least one time:

  • Go to the Portal homepage (Follow this link or copy and paste it into your web browser to access https://portal.clevelandresearch.com)
  • To create a new password click on ‘Forgot your password?’ located on the bottom right of the login page.
  • Enter your company email (ex. XYZ@clevelandresearch.com) when prompted.
  • Check your inbox for an email that will prompt you to create a new password.
  • Click the ‘Remember login’ checkbox so to remain signed for your next visit

  1. Why am I prompted to sign in each time?

If you don’t click “Remember login”, you will be prompted to sign in each time you want to visit the portal. We recommend clicking “Remember login” if you want to bypass the login step for future attempts.

 

  1. Can I register for “Unsubscribed” conferences & events?

Yes! Simply click on the name of the event / webinar you’d like to attend and you’ll be taken to a page with more detailed information where you can input your information to register.

 

  1. What is “Non-Entitled” Research and how do I get access to it?

Your company has a membership with us – non-entitled research is not currently included in this subscription. Reach out to your account manager to learn more, if you do not have their information readily available, please feel free to reach out to us at info@cleveland-research.com and we’ll be sure to get you in touch with your company’s CRC point person.

 

  1. How often will I receive research?

Depending on what your company is subscribed to, you can expect to receive between 1 and 5 emails a week. We’ll always send a weekly on Monday, highlighting key information from the previous week. Should you want to receive fewer / more reports, feel free to change your settings by clicking the “Research Preferences” button located on the top left of the page.

 

  1. How do I change my research preferences?
  • Log into the Research Portal and click “Research Preferences” located at the top left of the Portal Dashboard.
  • Select/deselect the boxes next to the insights you’d like to be added or removed from
  • Save your changes and you will begin to receive your research selections.

 

  1. How do I stop receiving emails altogether?

Send us an email at info@cleveland-research.com and we’ll be sure to take you off of all our communications.

 

  1. I’ve signed up for reports but have not received anything?
  • Check your spam folder to see if they have been filtered there first
  • Update your Research Preferences to confirm your research distribution favorites
  • Email info@cleveland-research.com to make sure you’re set-up in our system to receive research
  • Add Cleveland Research to your address book
  • Add Cleveland Research to your safe sender list (This can be found as a drop down in your email’s junk folder)
  • Have your IT team whitelist CRC’s IP address 167.89.85.209
