Russ Dieringer, Executive Director, eCommerce Council, Cleveland Research Company
Russ is the Executive Director of Cleveland Research’s eCommerce Council, responsible for research, events, and advisory projects. Russ has always had a passion for digging deep into different industries to help his clients uncover new areas of opportunity. Prior to his role with CRC, Russ worked as a senior analyst at Parkwood helping manage private market investments.
Russ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The College of Wooster, and a MS in Business Administration from Simon Business School at The University of Rochester. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder.
Russ currently resides in Brecksville with his wife and son.
Oksana Pelts, Director, eCommerce Council, Cleveland Research Company
Oksana is the Director of eCommerce of Cleveland Research’s eCommerce Council where she is helping brands achieve success in the ever-changing eCommerce space by analyzing trends and using data visualization to help brands define a path forward. Prior to her role, she worked for Hinkley Lighting where she helped lead the eCommerce efforts for the national lighting brand. Her tenure stretches nearly ten years, where she’s had the opportunity to work with eTailers such as Amazon, Wayfair, and Build.com.
Oksana holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, and a green belt certification in Six Sigma. She spent a semester in New York City holding internships at the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Brooklyn Museum of Art.
She currently resides in Cleveland with her husband.
Claire McBride, eCommerce Development Associate, Cleveland Research Company
Claire is the eCommerce Development Associate and is a key member of CRC’s eCommerce team by developing insights which help clients grow their eCommerce business. She is responsible for writing research, hosting strategic client events including roundtables, and engaging with brands competing in the eCommerce space. Internally, she leads CRC’s Young Advisory Board, to drive business efficiency. Prior to her current role, Claire was with KeyBank, working with consumer and retail clients on M&A transactions and debt and equity financings.
Claire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Financial Management from The University of Akron. She currently resides in Strongsville with her husband.
